Our Team

Stephanie is a Spokane resident with a background in accounting. In 2010, she joined NEWESD 101 as a Fiscal Coordinator and discovered her love for aiding schools during their migration phases and imparting her knowledge about software. She then served as Director of Business at Nine Mile Falls School District before returning to NEWESD 101 in December 2019 to lead the School Financial Services team. Stephanie has a passion for education and accounting, and is excited to lend her expertise to the Greater Columbia River ISC.

Tammy has a history in educational finance, and has been an integral member of ESD 112 serving as a Fiscal Coordinator for over 11 years. Her journey with schools began in 1999 when she joined the Kelso School District as a payroll assistant for nearly 13 years. Beyond her fiscal expertise, Tammy possesses a genuine passion for teaching. She finds immense joy and fulfillment witnessing those “light bulb” moments among those she mentors. Tammy looks forward to amplifying her impact as part of the Greater Columbia River ISC.

Barbara joined ESD 105 in August but her journey with Educational Service Districts began in January 2021 when she joined ESD 112 as a Fiscal Coordinator. Previously, Barbara worked for the Crook County School District in Prineville, Oregon beginning in 2010 as a secretary and HR Specialist, then went on to become the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent and later the Director of Human Resources for the Ocean Beach School District. Through her roles, Barbara found her calling in lending her school accounting and software expertise to assist multiple districts. She looks forward to being a part of the collaborative venture between ESD 112, 105, and 171.

Jennifer joined ESD 171 in 2002 as a Fiscal Coordinator and showcased an unwavering commitment to supporting educational institutions. She currently serves as the Program Manager North Central ESD and enjoys supporting districts in her region and fostering growth as a mentor. Jennifer is eager to expand and enhance the information service team’s impact.

Katie Connor, previously a key member of our HR/Payroll Software Support team, has transitioned to the role of Migration Project Manager. With her experience and commitment to serving our school districts, Katie plays a vital role in leading our ongoing efforts to migrate school districts to the Qmlativ platform.
